Matcha Chocolate With Fruits
We decided to combine fruit with fresh and vivid green Matcha tea for our spring chocolate.
抹茶 - Matcha - Mačča
This tea is made from young tea leaves that are grown in artificial shade by the farmer. After harvesting, the tea is not left to ferment, but is immediately dried and ground into a fine powder with granite stones. This type of tea is traditionally used in ceremonies and tea rituals. However, its popularity has grown so much that it can now be found in sweet pastries, ice cream, and chocolate.
Ingredients:
chocolate (cocoa butter, milk powder, cane sugar,
matcha [3 %]), topping: passion fruit (6 %), raspberry (6 %).
Cocoa solids min.: 40%.
May contain traces of hazelnuts and almonds.
Store in cool and dry place.
