Plum Brandy from the Barrel

Friends from Dlabka went to Konecchlumí to pick plums, carefully selecting the right varieties. Eventually, they allowed the brandy to mature in a wooden barrel to round out its flavor beautifully. Slivovice is a classic that warms and soothes simultaneously. Sweet notes of plum pie linger on your palate.
