The brandies from Zámecká sada Chrámce are produced exclusively from organic fruit. The natural juice from undamaged fruit undergoes natural fermentation without additives and without the addition of sugar. It is then gently distilled using traditional methods with fruit and elderflower wood in copper stills. The brandy is subsequently stored in the dark in volume tanks at an optimal temperature, without contact with air and the possibility of ventilation without losing its natural aroma and flavor.

Pears are harvested at their highest level of ripeness, immediately juiced, and the yeast is allowed to work. Once all the sugar is transformed into alcohol, the pear brandy is distilled in a two-stage distillery after the thorough removal of heads and tails. It is delicate, delicate, and fragrant to the point that when you pour it into a glass, you'll find yourself in a sunny October day in an orchard in the midst of the harvest. With an alcohol content of 50.6%, it allows the delicate flavor of the fruits to shine to the maximum.
