The brandy from Zámecká sada Chrámce is made exclusively from organic fruit. The natural juice from undamaged fruit undergoes natural fermentation without additives and without the addition of sugar. It is then gently distilled using traditional methods with fruit and elderflower wood in copper stills. The brandy is subsequently stored in the dark in volume tanks at an optimal temperature, without contact with air and the possibility of ventilation without losing its natural aroma and flavor.

The harvested cherries were grown on the northeast slope, capturing the most significant portion of the morning sun. They were harvested at the highest degree of ripeness. Immediate pitting, careful control of the fermentation process, and subsequent distillation in the Zámecká sada Chrámce distillery aim to capture the essence of the sunrises along with the scent and taste of cherries in the bottles as much as possible.
