This exceptional chocolate combines 74% dark chocolate with thyme and pepper. The thyme adds a delicate floral aroma that harmonizes beautifully with the bold, spicy flavor of freeze-dried pepper from Madagascar. Ingredients:
Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter,
thyme (1.5%), freeze-dried green pepper (0.5%).
Cocoa solids content: at least 74%.
May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, and milk.
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
