Distilled Spirits

A young distillery that emerged on the threshold of the Czech Paradise in 2020.

They are crafting their dream from scratch. They have their own orchards, a cider mill, raise pigs, and their primary focus is the art of distillation. Their passion lies in distilling the true essence of fruits or herbs and preserving it in a bottle for you to savor at any time. Fundamental to their approach is the quality of ingredients, organic cultivation, and the artistry of distillation.

The brandies are produced in a distillery using a traditional approach with wood-fired stills and wooden chips. All the boilers and pipes where the mash, raw alcohol, and distillate pass through are made of copper or glass tubes. The cooling medium used is water, circulating in a closed system with thermal sensors.

As we exclusively process our own fruits, we guarantee the production of varietal brandies. The quality is ensured by the quality of the yeast and the distillation process, to which significant attention is paid. Since the fruit is harvested based on its ripeness, individual fruit varieties are harvested separately. Varietal fruit brandies are crafted using traditional methods.
